Wes Waddle was a member of the Arizona chapter of the National Speakers Association in 2009 then became a Legislative Liaison. He soon learned that the value of his background would be helpful to a variety of different audiences. Here is a brief description of some of his topics.
THE D-I-M-E-S THEORY (How to change your life starting with twenty cents)
You can have anything you want in life by following this proven method. What DESIRE(S) do you have? What INSPIRES you? What MOTIVATES you? What gives you ENTHUSIASM? Combine all of that and you will have the SUCCESS you DESIRE.
EIGHT WAYS TO BUY HOUSES WITH LITTLE OR NO MONEY DOWN
Having been a real estate investor and real estate instructor with a background in finance, Wes has learned many ways to buy houses. Much of the process of purchasing real estate is in the negotiating. This talk is an inspiration for real estate investment groups. This course has also been adapted for real estate licensees if needed for continuing education.
WHEN HIGH SCHOOL SENIORS TAKE OVER (an introduction to our nonprofit; Qualified, Inc.)
High school seniors have the greatest opportunity of a lifetime. They often have the opportunity to dream about a great future while still having a home provided by someone else. During this talk we discuss great opportunities where these “future leaders” can build great business without going (or while going) to college.
HOW TO SURVIVE LIFE LIKE A PILOT
By being a Certified Flight Instructor who has completed parachute "jump school" and been a pilot for most of his life; Wes has learned a great deal of life's lessons by viewing life from a different perspective. These topics can be adapted to a number of different situations. This is a "paradigm shift" on how you view the world.
LIFE PLANNING SESSION (includes goal setting)
There are a few questions you may want to ask yourself at least once each year. These questions include; “Who am I?”, “Where am I?”, “Why am I here?” and “Where am I going?”. These are best completed around your birthday each year as too many “New Year’s Resolutions” remain unresolved.
